Onboarding process
Mr Suricate welcomes each new employee with a kit featuring the history of Mr Suricate, the organization chart, the global organization of the services, pictures of the employees, the list of our customers, the internal telephone lines, the list of tools used and a glossary that we update regularly.
During the first week, the new Suricate gets acquainted with the spirit and the overall organization by spending time in each department and with each employee.
Every person who joins Mr Suricate follows a training program about our solution.

When a position opens up within the various divisions of Mr Suricate, we always prioritize in-house development.
The candidates submit their application and are invited to a motivation interview. As soon as they are selected, we will train them and complete this internal training with an external training course tailored to their new missions.
